GRS is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator on behalf of a well-established organisation based in Larnaca. The successful candidate will provide administrative and organisational support to company teams as well as direct support to the Director. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, reliable and proactive individual who is keen to develop their skills across a variety of business functions.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations
  • Assisting with the organisation and coordination of training programmes.
  • Supporting participant registrations, attendance tracking and communication.
  • Assisting with communication and coordination with trainers and external partners.
  • Supporting course promotions
  • Supporting HRDA-related documentation and claims.
  • Maintaining accurate records, files and databases.
  • Following up on deadlines, payments and outstanding matters.
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the Director.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous administrative experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable, discreet and able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new tools and take initiative.
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €14,000 - €18,000 Gross Per Annum.
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
  • Salary increases after probation.
  • 13th salary.
  • Full training and support across all areas of the role.
  • Free participation in subsidised training courses of your choice, covering any topic and not limited to the role or the organisation's own courses.
  • Monday to Friday working schedule, 08:00–16:30.
