A boutique Accounting Firm are working with GRS to recruit an Office Administrator in Nicosia. The successful candidate will ideally have a strong command of the English language and ideally have previous experience as an Office Administrator. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to provide office support for the smooth-running of the business

Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

Dealing with email enquiries and taking minutes
-
Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
-
Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.) and general office management such as ordering stationary
-
Arranging both internal and external events
-
Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
-
Preparation of client’s files as instructed
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Good computer and communication skills
-
Very Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
-
Very Good use of the English language both in Speaking and Writing
-
Past experience will be considered an advantage

Interpersonal skills, excellent communication, punctuality, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and collaboration, work ethics, project management skills
