A large energy provider is working with GRS to recruit an Office Administrator in Limassol. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role and have excellent command of the English and Greek languages. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Main entrance control - Covid19 measures (temperature measurements, SafePass-CovScan), registering visitors/guests/contractors as necessary

Sending and receiving deliveries/postage and informing/liaising with relevant personnel accordingly

Handling of phone/calls
-
Informing personnel for visitors
-
Arranging transportation for personnel, contractors and company visitors
-
HSE Department Administration including invoice management/accounting and record keeping under the supervision of HSE Officers

Arrangement of meetings (HSE, Safety Committee)
-
Preparation of HSE office bulletins/posters etc
-
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
-
Adhere to the Group’s rules and regulations at all times

Any other duties that might be considered necessary from time to time
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous work experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator or similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
-
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
