On behalf of our client, an Administrative Service Provider company based in Nicosia, GRS Recruitment are looking for a Russian speaking Office Administrator to join their Nicosia based team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support to the company’s executives, CEO, including travelling and other arrangements
  • Responsible for maintaining day to day administrative tasks
  • Answering all company calls and taking messages
  • Arranging appointments/meetings and maintaining calendar
  • Dealing with front-desk activities
  • Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Ordering stationery and any other office supplies to ensure smooth operation of the office
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, business administration, marketing
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 2-3 years of previous working experience in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, power point, outlook)
  • Fluent Russian and English, both written and verbal. Intermediate level in Greek is a must
  • Holder of a valid driving license 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
