MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
  • Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the external associates (i.e. bank, IT, Auditors, ANAD, Social Insurances, Tax Authorities etc.)
  • Welcoming and greeting guests.
  • Directing internal and external calls, emails and faxes to designated departments.
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, trips and events.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings.
  • Preparing facilities and arranging refreshments for events, if required.
  • Observing the best business practices and etiquette.
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks / duties.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree or secretarial studies College Diploma will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and very good knowledge of English administrative writing and reporting skills
  • MS Office skills Computer literature (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Communication, organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to cooperate, integrity of character, honesty and professionalism
  • Positive attitude

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00 with 1h lunch break
