Do you enjoy working in a creative office space? An architects office is looking to hire an Office Administrator for their offices in Nicosia city center. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operations of the office and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. If you much the skills and requirements, send your CV now!
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Manages office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are well organized
  • Screens phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handles them when appropriate
  • Writes and distributes email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Monitors office supplies and orders
  • Coordinate with suppliers and receive quotations
  • Meets visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organizes and maintains diaries and schedules appointments
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
