MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure a smooth run of the reception and the whole office.

Handling phone calls and emails and responding as appropriate.

Welcoming visitors.

Administrative support for the whole team.

Dealing with contractors, making sure inquiries are dealt with.

Supervision of our office.

Communication with the facility and cleaning services.

Ordering of the office supplies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Relevant work experience.
-
Fluency in Greek, English, and Russian languages is a must.

Proficiency with MS Office.
-
Good communication skills as well as a pleasant telephone manner.

Out-going personality with problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Ability to communicate with people.

Ability to work from 10 am to 7 pm.
