GRS Recruitment is working closely with an International Company based in Limassol that provides services to the Shipping Sector and is looking to bring on board an Office Administrator for their office in Limassol. The successful candidate will be working closely with the front of house team and support the company with organization of events and travel arrangements. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle front desk duties, including receiving and processing incoming phone calls.
  • Welcome visitors and manage the scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Organize events and conferences, and coordinate travel, lodging, and other arrangements.
  • Keep the manager or executive informed of critical tasks and deadlines.
  • Develop and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Create and maintain a filing system.
  • Monitor the stock of office supplies and place necessary orders
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of English & Greek language.
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Previous experience or in a similar role.
  • A team player and someone who can work independently.
  • Proactive, able to multitask and work under pressure.
