On behalf of our Client, a well-established Accounting and Audit firm, GRS are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their continuously expanding team in Limassol. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work with well-established and expanding Service provider. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drafting and filing of forms/documents with the Registrar of Companies
  • Creating invoices
  • maintain debtors account and ensure collection of debts
  • KYC-AML monitoring and administration procedures
  • Ensure proper record keeping of data collected and analyzed
  • Any other ad hoc duties from time to time
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience
  • Relevant Degree
  • Greek and English fluent
  • Excellent communication skills and approachable candidate
