On behalf of our Client, a well-established Law Firm, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to be based in Nicosia. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia Office Administrator role.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers
  • Preparing court documents
  • Printing, scanning, organizing, transcribing and filing documents
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Assisting with any other tasks when necessary
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Able to work on the iJustice platform
  • Diploma in business administration, secretarial studies, or any other related field will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent in Greek and English languages both oral and written
  • Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Team-player and able to work under pressure.
  • Intelligent, alert and responsible
  • Friendly and polite personality
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience as a legal secretary will be considered an advantage
