On behalf of our Client, a well-established and Well-known Company, GRS Recruitment are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to be based in Nicosia. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Office Administrator role in Nicosia.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly reception experience.
  • Manage the Head Office’s main phone line, handling calls efficiently and directing them appropriately.
  • Assist employees, customers, and business partners with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Maintain meeting room schedules, assist in meeting preparations, and ensure rooms are well-kept before and after use.
  • Liaise with vendors such as cleaning services, canteen providers, and office supply suppliers to ensure quality service.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests.
  • Monitor and distribute office consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of Head Office areas, ensuring cleanliness and a professional environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Two years or more of experience in an office administration role
  • An undergraduate degree or certification in office administration, business, or a related field will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (verbal and written).
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
