Our esteemed client, a reputable accounting firm based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join their team. The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the company. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to senior management and the accounting team, assist with client onboarding and compliance documentation, and coordinate communication with government authorities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a professional office environment..
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing and planning meetings and appointments

Answering incoming calls and directing client or internal inquiries

Maintaining an accurate and organized physical and digital filing system

Providing information and assistance to Accountants and Auditors as required
-
Preparing correspondence and emails on behalf of senior management

Maintaining and updating the company’s digital records and databases
-
Communicating with government authorities and handling related submissions
-
Managing postal services, office supplies, and office equipment
-
Maintaining excellent business relationships with clients, associates, and service providers
-
Performing and maintaining bookkeeping records for clients and the organization
-
Liaising with colleagues to ensure timely client support and service delivery
-
Preparing and submitting statutory forms (e.g., HE32)
-
Preparing and submitting the UBO Registry updates
-
Managing the internal onboarding process for new clients
-
Retrieving and maintaining AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation
-
Preparing and issuing invoices and maintaining billing records
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
-
Excellent command of Greek and English (written and verbal)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with accounting or audit office procedures will be considered an advantage
