A well-established Accounting and Audit Firm based in Larnaca is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and is looking to contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of a dynamic office. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to management and various departments, playing a key role in ensuring efficiency across the organisation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver full-range administrative and secretarial assistance to Management and departments.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, greet clients/visitors, and manage front desk responsibilities.
  • Prepare and process correspondence, reports, letters, and financial documents.
  • Maintain and update contact databases for employees, clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Organise and manage filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping and easy retrieval.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders for stationery, groceries, and equipment.
  • Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and ACS document pickups.
  • Support the Accounting and Audit departments with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Liaise with banks and assist with corporate secretarial tasks for client portfolios.
  • Perform general office management duties and other tasks assigned by Management.
 CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Diploma in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar is desirable.
  • Proven experience in a relevant administrative role is essential.  
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Effective time management and multitasking ability.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.  
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
COMPANY PROFILE
  • Working Hours: 07:30-14:30 for 3 days of the week and 07:30-14:30/15:00-17:30 for 2 days of the week.
  • Provident Fund increasing with tenure.
