On behalf of our client, a very well-established Accounting and Audit Firm, GRS Recruitment, are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator & KYC Specialist to be based in Nicosia. If you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS are looking forward to receiving your CV for this Office Administrator & KYC Specialist to be based in Nicosia.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide day-to-day office administration and operational support to management and the team
  • Assist management with ad-hoc administrative and operational requirements
  • Support client onboarding and KYC procedures, including collection and organisation of documentation
  • Maintain and update client KYC files and internal records
  • Assist with basic compliance and AML-related tasks under guidance
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Understanding of KYC and AML processes will be considered an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
