GRS Recruitment are working with a well-known and well-established Group of companies, GRS are seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their team in Limassol. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer, screen, forward and manage phone calls.
  • Responsible for the conference rooms setup, coordination and operation
  • Main reception management, tasked with facilitating clients, visitors, suppliers.
  • Any other reception related duties assigned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills, both in Greek and English
  • Very good communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Self-motivated and with a positive attitude.
