A growing international investment firm is looking for an Office Manager to join their team in Limassol.  The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a relevant position and speak fluent English & Russian.  If you are interested in joining a growing team, then we look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol-based Office Manager role. 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensuring the functioning of the office: order stationery, control cleanliness, etc.
  • Budget of expenditures: formation, coordination, execution.
  • Office systems: development and maintenance of office systems, including data management and archiving, database maintenance.
  • Documentation: records management, inventory.
  • Organization of meetings: provide technical support, documenting , etc.
  • Collaboration: participation in organising document flow, participation in describing, improving and automating various company processes, ensuring smooth operation of office equipment.
  • Personnel records: assisting the company by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating documents
  • Software products: participation in the introduction of new products, participation in drafting instructions and in training employees to work in them.
  • Providing on-going support to the to the senior members and employees of the firm.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in English & Russian. Greek considered an advantage.
  • Confident knowledge of Personal computer, office equipment and software, high IT literacy.
  • Responsibility and initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
  • Competent and clear speech, easy to learn, high stress tolerance.
  • Attention to detail, ability to work in a multi-digit and time constrained environment.
