A global Cyber Security firm is searching for an experienced Administrator/Office Manager to join their team in Malta. The role would function as the central office and administrative anchor for the Malta operation. The office is new and there will be a variety of tasks required to get the office ship shape. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. Ideally you will be fluent in Maltese.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-day office management and secretarial functions

Supporting documentation flows and scheduling

Assisting with onboarding, access, vendor coordination, and internal operational processes

Ensuring the office is in good shape as we scale the team

Booking of travel and events
-
Ensuring the office is also well stocked with supplies

Assist with HR function - onboarding of new team, etc
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience in a similar role
- Good project management skills

Professional demeanor

Sufficient educational background to support operations in a compliance-oriented environment

Fluent in Maltese language
