DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep the office running smoothly—facilities, vendors, supplies, and IT

Be the go-to problem-solver for day-to-day operations

Manage schedules, travel, and meetings

Prepare materials and support special projects

Lead office projects, upgrades, and process improvements

Maintain policies that ensure a safe, efficient workplace

Onboard new hires and enhance the employee experience

Organize team events, manage calendars, and shared resources

Assist with HR admin, benefits, and recruitment logistics

Ensure office compliance with labor laws and safety regulations
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally within the Payment Solutions or Financial Services sector.

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant office software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
