MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing daily office operations and supplies

Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors

Supporting HR and Operations with administrative tasks

Managing office budgets, payments and basic procurement

Ensuring compliance with internal processes and office policies

Assisting with onboarding and general employee support

Organising office events, meetings and logistics
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience as an Office Administrator.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
