GRS Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager on behalf of International Financial institution with offices in Limassol. Seeking an Office Manager who will aid in the establishment and expansion of their presence in Limassol.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience within an administrator/PA/Office assistant role who is looking to step into a position with growth opportunity as the office expands in Limassol.  The successful individual must be able to attend the office Mon- Fri 9am – 6pm.  If this sounds like the position you have been looking for apply trough GRS Recruitment today!
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Organising equipment purchases
  • Gathering invoices to send to Accountants
  • Filing and organising shared drives and documents
  • Booking flights/hotels for staff members
  • Administration of new employees including going to the social insurances’ office
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Answering calls
  • Organising purchases of stationery/office supplies
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience with a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Intermediate Greek
  • German is not required but would be advantageous
