A growing investment company is looking for an Office Manager to join their team in Larnaca. The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience and speak Greek and English fluently. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting clients, colleagues, and guests

Purchasing any office supplies and making sure that nothing is missing

Controlling and maintaining office cleanliness and maintenance, making sure that nothing is left behind.

Arranging any necessary travel (purchasing airplane tickets, booking accommodation, collecting necessary documents)

Dealing with all incoming correspondence, telephone calls, emails
-
Completing any necessary adhoc duties as and when it arises
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Excellent organisational and management skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Previous experience in dealing with documentation
-
Previous experience in bookkeeping would be considered an advantage

Fluency in Greek, and English
-
Previous experience as an office administrator/manager/PA
-
Knowledge of MS Office and how to use different computer programs
-
Excellent time management skills, prioritising, and attention to detail
-
Driving license and owning a car is a must
