A leading company in the renewable energy sector specialising in Photovoltaic Systems, is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an efficient Office Manager to join their Limassol based team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
  • Overseeing the filing and organization of documents, both physical and digital.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, etc.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring that inventory is stocked and ordered as needed.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meeting and appointments for the sales team.
  • Managing the sales team’s calendar to avoid conflicts and ensure optimal time management.
  • Processing and reviewing customer applications for photovoltaic systems.
  • Communicating with customers to gather required documentation and information.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure applications are processed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer applications and their status.
  • Provide customers with updated on their application progress and addressing any inquiries.
  • Any other tasks as requested within the scope of your expertise.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Secretarial Studies
  • Previous working experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Pleasant personality
