MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling phone calls, correspondence, and preparing letters, presentations, and reports
- Organizing meetings and coordinating schedules
- Providing travel support, including booking flights and accommodations
- Ordering and managing office stationery supplies
- Processing invoices and managing the office budget
- Overseeing cleaning and office supply management
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage
- Proven experience as a secretary, office manager, or administrator
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to travel abroad when necessary
