GRS Recruitment is working closely with a growing FX brand in the heart of Limassol who are currently looking to onboard an organized and professional Office Manager to join the team. The Office Manager is essential to maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of office functions. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including managing office administration, coordinating supplies, organizing bookings, and ensuring a productive and well-organized workplace. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures in coordination with management.
  • Oversee inventory for office and kitchen supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Process and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to address any order-related issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meeting rooms.
  • Manage office visitor logs and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including managing courier services.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the company.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and foster relationships with suppliers to secure quality products and competitive pricing.
  • Manage travel arrangements for staff and executives, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Assist the HR department with event planning, coordination, and logistics.
  • Perform other duties as needed and relevant to the role.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in a similar role or the willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Fluent in both English and Greek
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
  • High attention to detail is essential.
  • Experience with event planning, travel booking, and procurement is advantageous
