MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our payment services.
- Verify client information and documentation to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use our payment systems effectively.
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.
- Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Ensure settlements are received in accordance with providers agreement.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related field, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM software.
