GRS Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Operational Assistant to join a dynamic Forex Trading company based in Limassol. Our client, a private firm with a team of 11-35 employees, is seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in Office Management and experience in the Forex or Fintech industries. This role involves key responsibilities in office management, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, and elements of HR.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office

Assist in coordinating office meetings, events, and training sessions.

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, both in person and via phone or email.

Provide administrative support to senior management and departments as needed.

Assist with HR and recruitment duties

Manage office schedules and calendars, including arranging meetings and appointments for the team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Proven experience as an Office Manager preferably in the Forex or financial services industry.

HR experience is highly desired
-
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English (Greek is a plus).
