On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing international fintech and financial service provider, GRS are recruiting an Operations Assistant in Paphos. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, being a member of a goal-oriented team and able to work on shift rotation, GRS look forward to receiving your CV for this Paphos based role.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Report to and assist Operations Manager in daily tasks and duties
  • Coordinate administrative tasks as per direction.
  • Support the Operations Manager in managing and resolving operational issues
  • Assist with the preparation of email correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Update internal operations procedures document as advised
  • Participate in department meetings and distribute minutes of meetings
  • File, store and retrieve corporate documents as and when needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field
  • Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative support
  • Dynamic and flexible to be able to respond to changing priorities
  • Excellent knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively at a range of administrative and activity levels in a cross-cultural setting
  • Experience in financial sector will be considered a bonus
  • Strong communication skills
