A long-standing company operating in the Construction and Engineering industry with offices in Limassol, are working in partnership with GRS to hire an Operations Manager for their Limassol based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective organization and coordination of all company activities related to construction and installation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule workshops
-
Coordinate the subcontractors.

Control expenses based on the budget.

Order the necessary materials for the completion of the project.

Check and confirm the quality of work.

Supervise and develop foremen as well as crews.

Control and ensure the delivery of the project based on the schedules.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Holder of University degree in Civil Engineering
-
3-5 years of previous working experience in this role
-
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
-
Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Strong communication and leadership skills

Integrity of character and strong work ethic
