GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with an innovative company specialising in providing its clients with a unique customised dining experience. For our client, GRS are searching for a talented and dynamic Operations Manager to head up the Limassol, Cyprus operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality of the services and enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of driving operational excellence. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assistance with opening of new locations.
  • Delivery Platforms integration.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics.
  • Manage and mentor operational staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Support with HR issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as an operations Manager or in a similar role of at least 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of operational management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
