Operations Officer (Back Office Support)

GRS are seeking to recruit an Operations Officer (Back Office Support) on behalf of our Client based in Limassol who are an established, international, and reputable manufacturer of environmentally safe products and who are currently expanding their accounting team. The successful candidate will be supporting documentary trading activity, and document collections and WHS in accounting system.   • Create contract and sales order in CRM (Customer-Relationship-Management System)
  • Split sales order in SAP B1 (accounting program)
  • Assemble AR Invoices from several Sales orders
  • Attach preliminary collected transport documents and contract
  • Post a draft of AR document (Invoice to customer)
  • Placing paper documents in folder
  • Collection of the transport documents for international deliveries
  • Contacting customers to clarify a payments’ details
  • Contacting customers for reconciliation
  • Collecting documents for Production orders and postproduction order in SAP B1
  • Collecting documents for Inventory movement and post inventory movement in SAP B1
  • Collecting documents for shortages, surpluses, operational losses and post shortages, surpluses, operational losses in SAP B1
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in a relevant field
  • Fluency in English language. Russian language will be considered highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered as advantage
  • Organised, diligent and detail oriented
