The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for arranging and planning loadings and deliveries of containers along with vessels.

You will be liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, insurance companies, suppliers, customers and handle the full operational circle.

You will be using SAP Business One and prepare contracts, invoices and any other shipping documentation as needed.

You will arrange and deliver documentation to associated banks under L/Cs, documentary collections and any other payment term as per the provided deal description.

Planning and coordinating loadings and deliveries of containers and vessels.

Liaising with shipping lines, freight forwarders, insurance companies, suppliers, and customers.

Handling terminal operations and associated documentation.

Preparing and submitting documentation to banks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Supply Chain, Management, or Logistics.

Experience in container lines, rail, and truck deliveries.
-
Strong MS Office, SAP skills.
-
2+ years in a trading or forwarding company.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy.
-
A high fluency in English with Russian being advantageous.
