MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the Partnership Team with outbound calls to speed up the onboarding process for new clients (No cold calling).

Assist with email communication and ensure timely responses to IB inquiries.

Liaise with Introducing Brokers (IBs), addressing their queries related to trading accounts with clear and effective communication.

Provide support with MT4/MT5 trading platforms, helping IBs and clients navigate key functionalities.

Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, IT, Operation, Sales, and Support) to enhance the overall IB experience.

Respond promptly to partner support queries and resolve Jira tickets from Partners and Business Development, ensuring all issues are efficiently addressed, tracked, and met specified SLAs.

Assist with IB account management, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed efficiently

Implement rebate schemes for partners and adjust as needed to support program success.

Reconcile both manual and automated partnership payments to maintain accuracy and completeness.

Create and maintain presentations and detailed monthly reports on partner performance, partnership expenses, and promotional results.

Coordinate with relevant departments for promotional content and ensure approvals are in place for new offerings.

Conduct market analysis on partnership offerings, collaborating with business development and marketing for program improvement.

Manage the technical setup for strategic partner onboarding, including system access, promotional setup, and training.

Monitor partner activity across channels, providing timely insights and recommendations for growth and improvement.

Maintain ad-hoc and scheduled partner performance and communication reports as part of the Partner’s Communications Journey.

Maintain and update records in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluent in Italian and English (Proficiency level).
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Some experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Proficiency in email communication and client management.
- Basic knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms (desirable, but not required).
