DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Run daily bank and payment reconciliations with precision.

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and high-value fund movements.

Build fee proposals, monitor settlement flows, and deliver clear reporting.

Benchmark fees and help refine pricing strategies.

Support regulatory reporting and maintain strong internal controls.

Collaborate closely with compliance, finance, operations, and product teams to streamline processes and spot risks early.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar.
-
3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or EMI/PSP operations.

Strong reconciliation and banking systems expertise.

High integrity, sharp attention to detail, and comfort with sensitive data.

Excellent Excel skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Strong communication skills in English.
