On behalf of our client a leading financial service provider company, GRS are seeking to recruit a Payments Product Manager. The successful candidate will have experience in a Product Management role and the ability to lead and manage a team of professionals. Previous experience in the Payments industry is highly desired! MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help shape and drive the strategy for Payments
  • Serve as voice of customers to better plan and build products to meet their needs
  • Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short- and long-term goals
  • You will be responsible for outlining entire roadmaps and project requirements, goals, and constraints
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with: R&D, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk
  • Represent the team in communication with cross functional teams
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or any other relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager within the Financial Services or Payment Solutions
  • At least 2 years of experience in payment solutions
  • Experience in the Fintech / Gaming industry is a major advantage
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions that can be clearly articulated
  • Excellent leadership skills are a must
  • Responsible for continually evolving and representing your defined strategies and initiatives
  • Get things done attitude with hands on ability
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams
  • Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
  • Solid knowledge of software technologies and agile methodology
