MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Help shape and drive the strategy for Payments

Serve as voice of customers to better plan and build products to meet their needs

Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short- and long-term goals

You will be responsible for outlining entire roadmaps and project requirements, goals, and constraints
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with: R&D, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Risk

Represent the team in communication with cross functional teams
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree in Business, Finance, or any other relevant field
-
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager within the Financial Services or Payment Solutions
-
At least 2 years of experience in payment solutions
-
Experience in the Fintech / Gaming industry is a major advantage

Fluency in English is a must

Ability to leverage data to make informed decisions that can be clearly articulated

Excellent leadership skills are a must

Responsible for continually evolving and representing your defined strategies and initiatives

Get things done attitude with hands on ability

Excellent organization and prioritization skills

Track record of delivering results with cross-functional teams

Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
