A wealth management company with offices in Cyprus and abroad is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a People Operations Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be supporting the People Operations/ HR function of organisation. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of day-to-day people administration and operations, with a focus on supporting the company’s most asset: its people. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer the full people lifecycle, including support for recruitment logistics, onboarding, and offboarding.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date people records and administer the HR Information System (HRIS).

Manage people documentation and ensure compliance with legal requirements across relevant jurisdictions.

Support the administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.

Coordinate training and logistics for people development programs.

Assist with the organization and execution of team-building activities and engagement initiatives.

Provide administrative support for people mobility and settling-in services.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR-related policies, procedures, and instructions.

Execute other related activities as assigned.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in an HR Administrator, People Operations, or similar administrative role.

Solid knowledge of the labour law in Cyprus.

Demonstrated ability to structure and manage data/information effectively.

Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Strong administrative skills, with experience maintaining people records and systems.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Proactive and solution-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

Experience supporting people relations and managing administrative tasks for internationally distributed teams is an advantage.
