Our client is working in partnership with us to hire a People Operations Specialist to join their Cyprus based team. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of people-related initiatives and administrative processes, ensuring the effective operation of the HR function and supporting employees across the business. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support employee lifecycle processes, including hiring coordination, employee integration, internal transitions, and departures.

Maintain and update employee data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Prepare, organize, and manage employment-related documentation in line with company standards and local regulatory requirements.

Assist with payroll-related administration, employee benefits, rewards, and recognition initiatives.

Coordinate learning and development activities, including scheduling, communications, and participant administration.

Contribute to employee engagement efforts by helping plan and deliver company events, wellbeing initiatives, and team activities.

Provide administrative assistance for employee relocation, mobility, and workplace integration matters.

Support the development, review, and upkeep of internal people practices, guidelines, and operational procedures.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth delivery of people-related services.

Undertake additional people administration and operational tasks as required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Employee Services, or a similar support function.

Good understanding of Cyprus employment legislation and HR administration practices.

Strong ability to manage information, records, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple activities.

Experience working with HR systems and employee databases.

Professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently when required.

Experience supporting geographically dispersed or international teams would be considered an advantage.
