A long-standing company providing Corporate Services based in Limassol is working in partnership with GRS to hire a Personal Assistant for the Directors of the company. The successful candidate must be fluent in both Greek and English with 5 years’ experience in a similar role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support and act as the assistant of the Directors of the company
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Be responsible for doing follow-ups with the Directors, clients, and other stakeholders. 
  • Proofreading documents
  • Type documents, like official letters, etc. on behalf of the Directors
  • Attend to personal matters of the directors
  • Organise traveling
  • Perform any additional ad-hoc task required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 5 years of previous working experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Team-player
  • Be flexible with travelling when necessary.

  • Medical insurance after probation (6 months)
  • Working hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-17:00 and Friday 09:00-13:00
