MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and related daily matters.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments
- Liaise with shareholders, directors, associates, lawyers, and external partners
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) with updated records
- Monitor company agreements, insurance policies, licences
- Coordinate with legal advisors, insurance companies, and government offices
- Support internal communication, notifications, and general office coordination
- Assist with personal matters and administrative tasks
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous Experience as executive secretary of at least 2 years
- Graduate of secondary education or college (University degree is an advantage)
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, email and document management)
- Fluent in Greek and English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Professional, discreet, and reliable.
