MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting the Managing Director in his day-to-day activities

Typing, formatting, and editing reports and documents.

Preparing high level presentations, when necessary
-
Entering data in the company’s system and keeping records.

Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
-
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
-
Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
-
Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.

Managing courier services for documents concerning the Managing Director.
-
Observing best business practices and etiquette.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Diploma or University degree
-
3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant, ideally within a law firm
-
Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
-
Using office software
-
Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail skills
-
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Pleasant personality
-
Knowledge of Zygos software will be considered an advantage.
