A well-established company in the Food & Beverage sector are looking to appoint an experienced Personal Assistant to their Limassol based office. If you are fluent in Greek and English and have previous working experience in administration / personal assistant roles – please apply today!
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supporting Management and Founder of the company with administrative tasks
  • Looking after various documents / contracts
  • Managing calls, invoices, post, any couriers etc.
  • Communication with a diverse client base – being first point of contact
  • Diary management – calendar, bookings, meetings
  • Coordinating, arranging and preparing Directors meetings
  • Writing emails, letters, taking notes during key occasions
  • Printing, filling and scanning documents
  • Looking after office space and maintaining all systems up to date
  • Processing any expenses if required by Management
  • Making sure of a smooth running of the office and any other ad hoc duties if necessary
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Word / Excel / Power Point
  • Must be fluent in Greek and English – both written and spoken
  • Strong communicator and team-player
  • Very organised and able to multitask
  • Bubbly personality with a can- do attitude!
