The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting private clients, particularly in areas related to immigration, MRVP, and residency services. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Oversee and support a portfolio of clients, delivering service of the highest standard.
- Communicate with various authorities and stakeholders.
- Work closely with clients to gather required information and documentation in a timely manner.
- Prepare forms and other documentation accurately based on information received from clients.
- Finalise and submit immigration application packages to the appropriate government agency.
- Monitor cases, tracking deadlines and ensure that all expiration dates are observed.
- Support clients during their visits to government authorities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience in Administrator or Office Support roles, preferably within a Corporate Services environment.
- Background knowledge of immigration, MRVP, or residency processes is highly desirable.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A pro-active, client-focused approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
