Our client, a well-established insurance company based in Malta, is currently seeking a dedicated Process Management Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Process Management Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing, designing, and optimising business processes across departments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices and support digital transformation initiatives.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand current operations and identify areas for improvement.

Organise and facilitate engaging process workshops that encourage brainstorming and out-of-the-box thinking.

Conduct in-depth reviews of existing workflows, documentation and on-the-ground operations to gather essential insights.

Create detailed AS IS process models, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and outdated practices.

Work with business units to gather requirements and design optimised TO BE workflows, often incorporating automation and cost-saving measures.

Support the implementation of process changes by aligning goals, addressing concerns and ensuring smooth execution.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

2+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or project management is preferred.

Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies is highly desirable, as we explore innovative solutions to enhance our processes.

Fluent in Maltese and English. Spanish Language: Any level is considered an asset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
