Our client, a well-established insurance company based in Malta, is currently seeking a dedicated Process Management Analyst to join their dynamic team.  As a Process Management Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing, designing, and optimising business processes across departments. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices and support digital transformation initiatives.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand current operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organise and facilitate engaging process workshops that encourage brainstorming and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of existing workflows, documentation and on-the-ground operations to gather essential insights.
  • Create detailed AS IS process models, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and outdated practices.
  • Work with business units to gather requirements and design optimised TO BE workflows, often incorporating automation and cost-saving measures.
  • Support the implementation of process changes by aligning goals, addressing concerns and ensuring smooth execution.
 CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or project management is preferred.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies is highly desirable, as we explore innovative solutions to enhance our processes.
  • Fluent in Maltese and English. Spanish Language: Any level is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ready to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
