The successful candidate will be responsible for the overseeing of all projects related to automation. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and within scope

Oversee all aspects of projects

Be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects

Supervise a number of employees. Train and mentors new employees in the department.

Work closely with department heads to achieve productivity goals, increase revenue and contribute to overall success of the company

Be aware of the mission, the Company, the customers and all the products (customers, partners, suppliers, etc.)

Follow the company's standard procedures to manage and deliver projects on time, within budget and to standards quality required by the company

Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends, enrich their knowledge in relation to your work, through participations in educational opportunities, by reading relevant professional publications and technical manuals, the maintenance of network personnel, participation in professional organizations/associations/chambers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Holder of University degree or degree from a higher educational institute in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics or in any other relevant field

At least 2-3 years of previous working experience in a similar role

Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal

High integrity of character

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
