GRS Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing IT brand in Limassol to hire an experienced Project Manager to drive complex, high-impact initiatives as part of a major digital transformation. This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of delivery, coordinating multiple product streams, shared platforms, and distributed teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll turn product vision into predictable delivery, shaping plans, sequencing work, managing dependencies, and driving momentum across engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders. Working closely with Product Managers and Product Owners, you’ll ensure the right outcomes are delivered at the right time, with full transparency on risk, progress, and investment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, balancing scope, time, cost, quality, and risk

Translate product roadmaps into clear delivery plans, milestones, and release readiness

Drive execution across internal teams and external delivery partners, including offshore teams

Manage dependencies, risks, change, and governance with a pragmatic, delivery-first mindset

Provide clear visibility of progress, financials, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders

Continuously improve delivery predictability, quality, and ways of working
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Solid experience delivering technology-enabled, cross-functional initiatives
-
Strong experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Excellent grasp of delivery fundamentals, financials, and dependency management

Confident communicator able to influence without authority

Relevant project or agile certifications are a plus
