The successful candidate will be administrating up to 10 properties and Promoting the properties for rent amongst their various tasks with Fluency in Greek and English language mandatory. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrating up to 10 properties

Liaising for the payment of the utility bills

Promoting the properties for rent

Communicating with the tenants

Communicating with the real agent agents

Promoting the properties through web sites, Instagram, facebook etc

Liaising with authorities
-
Communicating for the maintenance of the properties with various persons
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Fluency in Greek and English language is mandatory
-
2 years of relevant experience will be considered as an advantage
-
Undergraduate degree in secretarial studies and/or previous work experience in the legal industry will be considered as an advantage
-
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages and computer literate
-
Excellent organization skills
-
Able to work under pressure.
