GRS Recruitment is working with a well-established law firm in Limassol, currently seeking to recruit a professional and personable Receptionist to join their team. This role is well suited either to candidates with previous reception or administrative experience, or to individuals coming from a customer service or hospitality background who are looking to transition into a structured office environment. The key requirement for this position is strong language ability, as the role involves regular interaction with clients in Greek, English, and Russian. Candidates without prior office experience must demonstrate strong client-facing experience and excellent communication skills gained in hospitality or customer service roles.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Handle incoming phone calls and manage email correspondence.

Coordinate appointments and meetings.

Support daily office administration and operational tasks.

Maintain smooth front-desk and reception operations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Very good command of Greek, English, and Russian (speaking, reading, and writing). Candidates should ideally have knowledge of all three languages. Strong English and Russian with basic Greek is acceptable.

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferable).

Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email systems).

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

Professional attitude with excellent communication skills.

Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Knowledge of Land Registry procedures will be considered an advantage.
