This diverse role encompasses both administrative and reception duties. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of office experience and excellent time management skills. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the reception desk and the switchboard

Greeting clients/guest to office and ensure board rooms are prepared for meetings

Provide support in office organisation and administrative activities

Responsible for the correspondence and mail, overseeing the general filing system, basic marketing as well as other ad hoc duties

Basic tasks including helping the team, the managers in client related matters, organising various events, business trips and controlling of general office organisation

Act as a hub between employees, clients and various service providers
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A good knowledge of the common MS Office products including Office Outlook is desirable

Fluency in English, Maltese will be considered an advantage

Ability to work independently and precisely

Be motivated and enjoy working in a small team

Excellent receptionist skills and telephone manner

Be confident, polite and of a smart appearance
