MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer all company calls, transfer them to the appropriate staff members, and take messages when necessary

Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining the calendar accurately and promptly
-
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
-
Ensure smooth office operation
-
Keep the office premises clean and tidy at all times
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Secretarial studies, a degree, or equivalent qualification
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-
Fluency in English, Greek and Russian is required.
