On behalf of our Client, a leading law practice reputable for its successful legal and litigation support for clients, GRS are currently seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator for its Limassol office. The successful candidate will be supporting the day-to-day front desk and administrative needs of the office. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle administrative issues related to the office, such as archiving and filing
  • Update and manage calendar with Management’s meetings etc
  • Manage courier and messenger service
  • Welcome clients in the office
  • Answer phone calls and emails on a professional and timely manner and direct them to the responsible person
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University graduate in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 1 year’ experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in Greek and English languages at a professional level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasker, organised individual
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Team player
 
COMPANY BENEFITS
  • Our Client offers an attractive remuneration package including 13th salary.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00-17:00 and Friday 8:00-16:00.
