An award winning CySEC regulated Forex Firm are working with GRS to recruit a Regional Sales Manager - EU in Limassol. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial sales forex role and be a good coach to team members. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Efficiently manage our European sales team including training, developing, and motivating staff
  • Establish appropriate criteria to ensure the EU sales desk operates in line with compliance and regulations
  • Meet and strive to beat specific KPI's and targets, both personal and team's
  • Adapt sales and retention techniques, based on field experience, and communicate feedback back to the company.
  • Provide support to team members on the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive business development strategy.
  • Prepare business plans for the targeted region on a quarterly basis.
  • Provide reporting regarding the overall performance of individuals and the department.
  • Ensure team members meet targets and objectives consistently.
  • Participate in promoting an organizational culture that values long-term strategic thinking, creativity/innovation, and high performance.
  • Represent the Company externally at conferences, meetings, and speaking engagements, as required.
  • Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a forex sales managerial position
  • Strong coaching skills.
  • Excellent market knowledge.
